Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Return Period

You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, resalable and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and resalable.
• Include the invoice or order details.
• Custom / personalized leather products cannot be returned.

Process

1. Contact bilgi@leatherproducts.store with your order number and request.
2. Send the product to the return address we provide.
3. After inspection, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within the legal period.

Damaged / Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos as soon as possible; shipping and return costs are on us and we will replace it free of charge.
