Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The customer placing an order on www.leatherproducts.store.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

3. Product & Payment

Product details, price, payment and delivery information are as shown in the order summary. Payments are processed securely via PayTR; card details are never stored on our site.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Notice can be sent to bilgi@leatherproducts.store. Exceptions: custom-made / personalized products cannot be returned.

5. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
